12 minutes for fast food?

I'd like to blame today's craving for McDonald's on my pregnant wife's craving but I just can't. Anyway, I went through the drive-thru and asked for my usual, chicken nuggets and then they had something new, sweet potato pie, uhm, OK! So, after I got Bon Qui Qui on the intercom and ordered everything she had the kindness to say, "It's going to be 12 minutes for the sweet potato pie." Ugh, what?!?! Are you making it from scratch? Is it a real pie? Holy crap. Needles to say, I didn't wait for my sweet potato pie.
